Who is GCHIP For?
GCHIP is a group for community stakeholders, organizations, and providers in the Greenwich community and surrounding region who work to incorporate better healthcare practices into our local community. We collaborate together to support and create local initiatives to meet needs in our direct community.
Interested in getting involved with GCHIP?
We meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 8:30am-10:00am at Greenwich Town Hall. Anyone is welcome to join us.
