In the same spirit as the Adams Garden event in 2009, the Partnership and community members organized another great community event on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Wilbur Peck Court. Over 100 attendees enjoyed the following:
- Free drinks provided by Maui Wowi
- Free raffle prizes including a brand new bicycle!
- Free story sessions by The Greenwich Alliance Storymobile
- Free screenings including Blood Pressure and Finger Stick Glucose
- Free health information covering sun-safety, nutrition, tobacco and much more!
Also there was a free basketball free-throw and foul shooting contests hosted by the Greenwich Police Department and the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich This event could not have been possible without the brain power and elbow grease of:
- The United Way of Greenwich
- Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich
- Greenwich Housing Authority
- Greenwich Department of Social Services
- Greenwich Police Department
- The Greenwich Alliance
- Child Guidance
- Community Centers
